Ont-ils affecte\u0301 uniquement l\u2019usine de Poggio Morello ou e\u0301galement l\u2019usine de Tortoreto ?<\/strong><br \/>Les usines Las sont tre\u0300s grandes et plus que suffisantes pour garantir la distanciation sociale me\u0302me dans des conditions normales d\u2019exploitation. <br \/>En tous les cas, en collaboration avec les RSU de l\u2019entreprise, diverses actions ont e\u0301te\u0301 rapidement mises en place pour pre\u0301venir le risque de contagion et garantir un assainissement continu de l\u2019environnement de travail. <br \/>Tous les ope\u0301rateurs ont re\u0301agi de manie\u0300re exemplaire sans cre\u0301er de proble\u0300mes, ce qui souligne une fois de plus que l\u2019atout le plus important de l\u2019entreprise re\u0301side dans ses ressources humaines, qui allientexpe\u0301rienceetcompe\u0301tencea\u0300unefortepassionpourleurtravail. <\/p><p><strong>Quels e\u0301taient les risques auxquels vous deviez faire face ?<\/strong> <br \/>Je pense que les questions essentielles e\u0301taient de deux ordres. Un principe fondamental du Lean Thinking est pre\u0301cise\u0301ment le <em>processus d\u2019ame\u0301lioration continue<\/em>, mais cette situation nouvelle et particulie\u0300re ve\u0301cue avec la pande\u0301mie de Covid-19 nous a fait comprendre que, paralle\u0300lement a\u0300 l\u2019ame\u0301lioration continue, une <em>adaptation rapide<\/em> est ne\u0301cessaire pour rester compe\u0301titif face aux conditions changeantes des contextes externes.
